The national key project "Science and Technology Helping Economy 2020 Key Projects -- Intelligent Coating Cloud Platform Key Technology Research and Application" and Zhejiang province key projects "Traditional Industry Intelligent Fusion Technology Research and Application -- Flexible Coating Production Line Key Technology Research and Industrialization" which are declared by HUALI have passed the acceptance.

Aiming at the urgent needs of online monitoring and operation of multi-user coating production line, HUALI develops the intelligent coating cloud platform to realize real-time monitoring and online operation and maintenance of coating production line. Especially in the case of epidemic, the contradictions of the weak online monitoring, operation and maintenance of coating production line enterprises and weak IT R&D of small and medium-sized enterprises have been solved. It also solves the difficulties of epidemic control and the resumption of production, guarantees the efficient, safe production and operation and maintenance for our customers. In provincial scientific research project, researchers have realized the robot cooperation, product type and capacity adaptive scheduling technology through the research of multi-function fusion and laser scanning surface reverse technology and high-precision optimization technology. HUALI has realized the optimization of flexible coating driven by big data through data acquisition, real-time reliable transmission and big data analysis,
