Recently, good news from Zhejiang Science and Technology Department that the research and application of digital modern intelligent coating production line key technologies which is jointly undertaken by HUALI, Zhejiang Electronic Science and Technology University and USTC Deqing Alpha Innovation Research Institute has been successfully included in the Zhejiang Province “Ling Yan plan”.

   HUALI has always adhered to the road of scientific and technological innovation since its establishment, and has undertaken many national and provincial key R&D projects. This project aims at the traditional painting production line, which has various processes, complex constraints between processes, and cannot meet various spraying requirements such as variable models, different sizes, different production capacity and different color change frequencies, through modular big data analysis and processing, multi-functional cooperation, to achieve digital intelligent flexible production. HUALI, Zhejiang Electronic Science and Technology University, and Deqing Alpha formed a strong alliance, which will create fruitful results!
